Not to make a long story short, but you have all heard a version of it, a Nurse and a Scientist moved to the coromandel to start a brewery and distillery. Along came Covid, a Cyclone followed by another a spending crunch, recession and contraction of the craft beer market, along with our dream of building and operating a purpose built distillery and brewery in Whenuakikte.
A couple of years later and we are ready to have a go at something else. Utilising skills learnt in our early careers which covers Equine, Viticultural, Oenological, Medical, Scientific and Design backgrounds we have since added Horticultural, Building Industry and Retail experience to our skills.
We enjoy working with wood and getting our fingers in the dirt. We love working outside and are always up for a challenge.
Just as happy behind a computer knocking up concept or detailed design drawing’s or smashing out lines of PLC code as we are at busting weeds and breaking ground we like a variety of work and a good challenge.
